Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, recruit, and develop the local search operations team to achieve full potential and maintain quality.
  • •Ensure services are delivered in line with TikTok core values, policies, and procedures.
  • •Localize policy/process/strategies; manage BPO quality including QA, RCA, data analysis, reporting, and policy recommendations.
  • •Continuously evaluate outcomes and optimize workflow and SOPs to meet productivity, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency goals.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (product and R&D) to optimize search strategies and improve users’ search experience, including training BPO site teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience as a Team Lead/Content Manager/Technical Lead with strong people management and managing large multicultural teams.
  • •General knowledge of search engineering/search engines and search-related strategies.
  • •Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and training/coaching abilities.
  • •Track record working with cross-functional partners across different countries.
