Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio construction recommendation preparation for Private Credit funds for Portfolio Management Committees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
  • •Own fund modeling to understand historical/projected performance, risk exposures, and economic sensitivities, translating results into portfolio decisions.
  • •Drive portfolio monitoring and analytics using quantitative and qualitative approaches while owning data integrity standards.
  • •Lead customized asset allocation models for multi-asset portfolios and KKR’s Balance Sheet, including scenario simulations.
  • •Communicate risk concerns and present to Portfolio Managers/Investment Committees; enhance models and analytical methodology across the firm while mentoring junior colleagues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years of experience in Private Credit (direct lending, senior debt, junior debt, asset-based finance) with ownership of portfolio construction or quantitative investment workstreams.
  • •Advanced programming skills in a structured language (Python preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Proven application of quantitative methods and investment/risk management best practices, including hands-on leadership of large data analysis.
  • •Strong understanding of corporate fundamentals and broad investment knowledge across private/public equities, fixed income, structured investments, and real estate/infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of risk systems such as MSCI RiskMetrics, Barra, Bloomberg PORT, or FactSet; CFA or an advanced quantitative degree is a plus.
