Key Responsibilities

•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTER-CABLE brands to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key end-user partner relationships and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development and align efforts with local market teams, product managers, local distributors, and service centers.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning, and communicate successes and failures for key accounts and opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant construction field experience may substitute.
•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a track record of delivering results.
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
