Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement technical solutions and maintain them as part of the project team.
  • •Design and build processes in the ITSM, HR, Self-Service and Security domains.
  • •Help customers on their journey towards a successful Digital Transformation.
  • •Perform development and programming tasks, system configurations, troubleshooting, monitoring and system testing.
  • •Contribute to the design of the technical solutions and collaborate with technical and business users.

Key Requirements

  • •Team player with motivated & result driven mindset
  • •Fluent in Dutch and/or French (one of these languages mandatory) and good working knowledge of English
  • •Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent education/experience
  • •Good knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, JSON) and understanding of virtualization, cloud, networks and databases
  • •Proven experience or certifications on ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions is a plus; ITIL knowledge is a plus
