Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain existing customers, secure new prescriptions, and develop new customers/markets.
•Collect and analyze complex customer information to formulate and execute concrete action plans.
•Expand the solution business and act as regional KOL liaison.
•Introduce and manage home-use respiratory devices in line with doctors' prescriptions; ensure proper use and patient safety.
•Ensure compliance with hospital rules and achieve sales targets; handle internal sales processing and device management.
