Key Responsibilities

  • •Support long range planning activities with internal and external stakeholders, aligning plans with sourcing strategy and key planning scenarios.
  • •Validate forecasts, translate MFP forecast into capacity/allocation/material types, and provide initial allocation guidance through critical GTM milestones.
  • •Create and maintain the seasonal buy plan, optimize global PO placement schedules, and update monthly to reflect requirement and capacity changes.
  • •Drive monthly need-to-buy processes and seasonal calendars for buy dates and shipping schedules.
  • •Assess capacity risks with capacity planning teams, implement mitigation actions, and coordinate governance of buy execution aligned to consensus meeting actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, with strong capacity and production planning background.
  • •Proven experience managing global teams across multiple countries.
  • •Proficiency in supply chain management software/tools including SAP, Oracle, and JDA.
  • •Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus).
