Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead equipment scopes from concept/model validation through procurement, engineering, installation, commissioning, ramp, and handover.
  • •Manage external equipment providers, technology licensors, and engineering companies to deliver integrated mineral refining scopes.
  • •Drive cross-functional technical teams to scale up novel refining processes and de-risk commercialization.
  • •Lead selection, procurement, calibration, and installation of instruments, valves, and analyzers.
  • •Support hiring, mentorship, and day-to-day management of junior engineers and contribute to industrial control/optimization efforts, including ML opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years direct experience as an instrumentation engineer, including instrument specification, procurement, detailed design, field inspections, QA/QC, calibration, startup support, and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience in design, procurement, installation, and operations support of analyzers.
  • •Strong I&C fundamentals, including review of P&IDs and development of instrumentation deliverables.
  • •Experience with control system programming and HMI programming.
  • •Experience delivering medium-to-large scale (> $5M) capital projects and providing direct or indirect leadership of engineers and technicians.
