Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive supplies and equipment, unload deliveries, inspect for shipping damage, and complete receiving documentation.
  • •Enter receipts into MAXIMO or FIMS and notify requesters of material receipts and discrepancies.
  • •Monitor inventory, issue warehouse stock, obtain work orders, and support inventory turnover criteria.
  • •Prepare and ship materials, including hazardous materials manifests and shipping documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • •Maintain safe warehouse operations, including SDS availability, housekeeping, security inspections, and supporting tasks like snow removal.
