Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Client Account Manager in strategic growth and client strategy to position AECOM for opportunities within RC4 and beyond.
  • •Manage and strengthen the client relationship with stakeholders, identifying opportunities and delivering complex solutions.
  • •Develop and refine AECOM’s value proposition aligned with Uisce Éireann’s goals and translate client needs into targeted strategies and proposals.
  • •Collate, manage, and optimise bid collateral, and participate in governance decisions around selection processes and partnerships.
  • •Manage conflicts of interest and ensure governance and risk management across contracts and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across client organisations and deliver value in a complex client setting.
  • •Experience delivering water industry projects across Asset Management, Engineering Design, Environment, Programme/Project Management, Construction Management, or Advisory.
  • •Ability to understand and navigate regulatory environments relevant to clients.
  • •Proven capability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and proposals, with a data-driven mindset.
