Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets like accuracy, RCA, and appeal success rates.
•Perform Root Cause Analysis on recurring quality issues, identify error patterns, and translate insights into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and standards.
•Serve as an expert for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases by interpreting safety guidelines and validating “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
•Lead calibration sessions to ensure moderation consistency across teams; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify policy explanations and drive global quality goals.
•Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports using QA dashboards, RCA tools, and calibration platforms; leverage AI to improve performance and reduce manual work, and support training rollouts for new policy changes.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience conducting analytical audits and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
•Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills, ability to identify trend patterns, and propose process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining fast moderation.
•Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs, with the critical thinking to provide expert judgment on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to lead calibration sessions and partner with BPO and internal teams to align on global quality goals.
•Fluency in data visualization/reporting and using QA/calibration tools; able to leverage AI to streamline workflows and provide actionable feedback.
