Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering review and technical quality assurance for solar PV and integrated BESS, coordinating interfaces between PMC, EPC design teams, and on-site construction managers.
•Maintain status and readiness of key deliverables (layouts, SLDs, MMS/tracker drawings, string plans, cable schedules, earthing/lightning, roads/drainage, SCADA/control, MV interfaces) for review and commissioning.
•Coordinate consolidated review comments, RFIs/TQs, technical clarifications, and design-interface actions.
•Verify IFC availability and approved revisions before construction release, and track design changes, site modifications, and as-built requirements under change-control procedures.
•Coordinate inputs for commissioning dossiers, resolve punch items, support HOTO documentation, and escalate constraints affecting sequencing, safety, or compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Renewable Energy Technology.
•7–10 years of progressive engineering and design coordination experience in utility-scale solar or power infrastructure.
•4+ years of direct design review experience working for a PMC or Owner's Engineer on large-scale solar fields (250MW+ blocks).
•Experience coordinating design interfaces and ensuring IFC readiness for construction and testing.
•Strong understanding of Indian Standards (IS), IEC standards for solar components, CEA regulations, and local state grid codes.
