Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Create’s daily cash position across all bank accounts and entities, identifying funding needs and surplus balances.
  • •Maintain and improve the weekly cash flow forecast process, performing variance analysis on actuals vs forecast.
  • •Partner with business units and finance stakeholders to source cash forecasting inputs and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
  • •Support monthly treasury reporting for leadership and board meetings, including cash, liquidity, and funding updates.
  • •Execute day-to-day liquidity and payment operations, including ACH and check positive pay decisioning and initiation of manual payments, transfers, and FX spot transactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury at a high-growth multinational organization (or comparable treasury/commercial banking experience).
  • •Advanced Excel skills to build and maintain models using large underlying datasets.
  • •Hands-on experience owning or building cash position and cash flow forecast for a multi-entity, multi-currency organization.
  • •Experience with KYC and bank account administration, plus online commercial banking platforms and treasury management software.
