Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for client/server/storage/network and mobile devices.
  • •Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, including installing/loading software and maintaining network components.
  • •Implement and sustain compliance with applicable system security controls, including IAVA security patches and patch status tracking.
  • •Support Tier 2 escalations with detailed analysis and coordinate escalation status updates to agency management and internal customers.
  • •Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform capacity analysis/planning, and coordinate change management with ISSO/ISO.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional SA experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •15+ years of system administrator (SA) experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • •6+ years of experience with Service Management (ITSM).
  • •ITIL 4 platform certification required, plus 4+ years with the ServiceNow platform.
  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (must currently possess) and US Citizenship required.
