Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise warehouse leaders to ensure receiving, put-away, cycle counting, and materials replenishment are completed on time with safety.
  • •Develop and improve materials storage and handling processes to achieve zero incidents, maximize output, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce overall costs.
  • •Direct management of warehouse personnel and related supply chain management (SCM) activities.
  • •Maintain accurate operational records, including overtime, attendance, and corrective action registers.
  • •Coordinate logistics by scheduling trucks based on product specifications and location requirements; run daily shipment reports and lead tier/department meetings to track performance and resolve issues.
