Contracting Project Mgr

Manage HVAC/BAS Controls contracting projects in Laval, leading the project team from implementation through customer satisfaction. Own project financials (cash flow, forecasts, expenses, collections support, backlog reviews) and mitigate risks by reviewing contract documents, managing change orders, and ensuring compliance. Coordinate subcontractors via RFQs and awards, collaborate with technicians on schedules and control submittals, and maintain stakeholder communication throughout project administration.
