Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary executive point of contact across the C-suite for the Chevron account, building long-term strategic relationships.
  • •Develop and execute structured expansion roadmaps to drive ARR and NRR growth via new business units, geographies, use cases, and platform capabilities.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements in partnership with Deal Desk and Legal.
  • •Partner with CVP and Value Engineering to convert adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency.
  • •Embed Celonis within the client’s AI strategy by connecting process intelligence to LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments while protecting revenue through transformation risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, including at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
  • •Deep industry expertise in oil & gas to engage customers on industry-specific challenges and transformation priorities.
  • •Track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons by expanding platform footprint.
  • •Executive presence and credibility to lead strategic conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs and influence complex buying decisions.
  • •Experience navigating enterprise transformations (ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring) while maintaining commercial momentum.
