Own and optimize media financial workflows across global brands, serving as a functional expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) and a key partner for clean data integration with Deltek Maconomy ERP. Collaborate with finance, Shared Services, and IT to train teams, onboard agencies, and drive automation and exception-based billing validation, including AI anomaly detection.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows, including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications across global brands.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) workflows, templates, and settings to increase processing throughput.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Serve as the liaison between agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT for system training and onboarding new agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reports (spend pacing, revenue status, variances) and support month-end close while ensuring SOX/audit compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative/operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Thorough financial literacy including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
