Key Responsibilities

•Define the hardware development cycle for analog and digital RF/hyperfrequency radar cards and ensure alignment with project objectives.
•Adjust and optimize the hardware engineering environment (processes, practices, tools) to meet project requirements.
•Organize roles and workload across the engineering team (Architects, Engineers, Technicians) to deliver hardware on time and within budget.
•Participate in specifying functions and interfaces of products to be developed and contribute to architecture definition and function allocation.
•Manage cross-functional engineering activities, including budget and supplier/subcontractor coordination, to deliver qualified hardware artifacts.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree (BAC+5) or higher in analog/digital electronics, RF/hyperfrequencies or related fields
•Significant experience in project management for RF hardware card development and qualification
•Hands-on design experience for RF/hyperfrequency PCBs (schematics, components, PCB layout, RF routing, RF simulation) including amplifiers, synthesizers, mixers, filters, and analog/digital blocks
•Experience in cross-functional engineering leadership (Architects, Engineers, Technicians) to define requirements, develop, and qualify hardware for cost/quality/delay targets
•English language proficiency and ability to operate in an international, high-tech environment
