Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance pharmacy unit profitability by executing in-house brand promotion and marketing strategies to achieve gross profit and other targets.
  • •Monitor overall unit operations and ensure SOPs and regulatory procedures are followed to QC/DSES standards.
  • •Plan and supervise inventory management through stock taking and coordination with the purchase department.
  • •Ensure compliance to “target zero” expiry drive and manage product mix for the unit in consultation with the area manager.
  • •Administer unit staff operations including opening/closing hours, duty roster, discipline, and on-the-job training; dispense medicines by advising on drug interactions, effects, and brands.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in management, business, marketing or a relevant field.
  • •4–5 years of experience in retail/operations.
  • •Proven experience in pharma retail.
  • •Strong product knowledge.
  • •Ability to administer unit operations while ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory/QC standards.
