Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate interiors projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, schedule/milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define delivery resources, conduct complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines; keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Collaborate with the project team to implement solutions and guide projects to successful completion, including facilitating regular status meetings and coaching others.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination considered).
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience managing commercial real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •IT construction experience including network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and MS Project; LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM preferred.
