Job Summary

Support construction project delivery through field inspections, monitoring, and testing to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. Collect and analyze field measurements to support QA/QC, document site observations with accurate reports and records, and coordinate field activities such as scheduling inspections. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams while identifying issues in the field and reinforcing health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform construction inspection and monitoring to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
•Conduct field testing, measurements, and data collection to support quality assurance and quality control programs.
•Document site observations, prepare detailed field reports, and maintain accurate project records.
•Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams to support project execution.
•Identify construction issues in the field, communicate findings, and support scheduling and technical problem solving.
•Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by adhering to health and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
•Experience performing construction inspection, materials testing, or field services on infrastructure, municipal, transportation, land development, or building projects.
•Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
•Experience preparing technical reports, field documentation, and inspection records.
•Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices in a construction environment.
