Key Responsibilities

  • •Dump and load trucks and railcars, prepare equipment for loading/unloading, and attach/detach flexible hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and maintain inventory quality by monitoring blended, bulk, and packaged product as applicable.
  • •Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, including inspections for seeps and leaks, lubrication, and upkeep of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds and warehouse duties (including snow removal and forklift/loader operations), and report safety concerns or maintenance needs.
