Job Summary

Assist with on-site installation, upgrades, relocations and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites. You will perform hardware installations, execute upgrade packages, train users, and hand over data and documentation to local support teams, while optimizing processes and sharing knowledge within the CS group in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: gather information, analyze and decide on the initial approach to solve problems, then execute with input from others as needed
•Problem handovers and routing: hand over problems to 2nd line support and document all data for resolution
•Installation: install equipment at customer locations, unload, inspect, assemble, align and test
•Upgrade: perform hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages following an up-to-date plan
•Training / knowledge transfer: explain actions to users, train customers in use and maintenance, and share best practices

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
•Experience in a technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
•Flexibility to accommodate various work settings and collaborate with colleagues across locations
•Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision
