Key Responsibilities

•Create motion across brand, product, and concept work for campaigns, UI interactions, and AI-powered experiences
•Develop and codify a shared motion language across the consumer product portfolio in collaboration with product designers
•Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure motion consistency for launches in Japan and Western markets
•Provide motion specs and handoffs (e.g., for engineers) and ensure performance when implemented
•Explore AI-driven motion workflows and demonstrate how AI augments design processes while maintaining craft

Key Requirements

•3+ years of motion design experience with a portfolio reel showing brand, product, and conceptual work
•Proficiency in After Effects, Lottie, and Rive; strong timing and visual hierarchy
•Experience with generative AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, and related tools) and prompt engineering
•Ability to integrate AI workflows into design processes (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and collaborate with engineers
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); ability to ship motion specs and handoffs to engineers
