Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable, secure, high-performing application, data, and AI architectures using MongoDB Atlas for customer and partner-led solutions.
  • •Guide architecture reviews and modernization/deployment decisions across cloud and hybrid environments as a trusted technical advisor.
  • •Drive complex partner and ecosystem opportunities through technical discovery, solution mapping, demos, proofs of value, sizing, and technical documentation.
  • •Build joint partner offerings and reusable field assets (quick starts, workshops, demos, reference architectures, and technical guidance) to accelerate MongoDB adoption.
  • •Advise on modern AI application patterns (RAG, vector search, agentic workflows) and collaborate with product/engineering/partners to relay field feedback and influence roadmap conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in a customer-facing technical role with significant pre-sales, consulting, partner, or solutions architecture experience in enterprise software.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern application development, data platforms, or cloud-native systems; includes at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or SQL.
  • •Experience designing distributed systems in cloud/hybrid environments with scalability, resilience, and security considerations.
  • •Ability to translate technical architecture into business value for executives, architects, developers, and partner stakeholders.
  • •Experience with hyperscaler partnerships, ISV integrations, AI/ML applications, data engineering, platform modernization, or developer platforms.
