Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop understanding of product structures, manufacturing processes, and supply chain interdependencies.
  • •Analyze requirements and forecasts to recommend procurement and inventory strategies with financial and operational impact.
  • •Generate month-end reports including inventory, cost of goods sold, supplier spend, and planning/forecasting outputs.
  • •Lead supplier engagement: quote evaluation, negotiation strategy, contract term recommendations, performance management, and escalation of critical issues.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales) to align supply strategies and avoid disruptions; place POs and resolve inventory and accounts payable discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in numeracy and working with formulas.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, subtotals, and macros.
  • •Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to interpret complex data and make high-impact decisions.
