Job Summary

Support supply chain analysis, planning, procurement, and inventory management for Silvus Technologies. Build product-structure and process understanding, analyze requirements and forecasts, and develop procurement/inventory strategies with operational and financial impact. Generate month-end and supplier spend reports, manage purchasing priorities and purchase orders, and coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to prevent disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop understanding of product structures, manufacturing processes, and supply chain interdependencies.
•Analyze requirements and forecasts to recommend procurement and inventory strategies with financial and operational impact.
•Generate month-end reports including inventory, cost of goods sold, supplier spend, and planning/forecasting outputs.
•Lead supplier engagement: quote evaluation, negotiation strategy, contract term recommendations, performance management, and escalation of critical issues.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales) to align supply strategies and avoid disruptions; place POs and resolve inventory and accounts payable discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in numeracy and working with formulas.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, subtotals, and macros.
•Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with ability to interpret complex data and make high-impact decisions.
•Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) and successfully clear a background check and drug test.
