Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day AMO operations including inspection, redress, assembly, and loadout activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
  • •Drive on-time delivery, turnaround time improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • •Manage workforce planning, development, and performance of the local AMO team.
  • •Oversee inventory, spare parts management, and material readiness; coordinate with service delivery, field teams, and customers to support P&L and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in AMO operations (completion and wellbore intervention), with CWI experience preferred.

  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced operational settings.
