Job Summary

Lead end-to-end quality assurance, quality control, and compliance for an Auckland Airport automation project. Develop and maintain QAPs and ITPs, run installation inspections, manage NCRs with root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and support FATs/SATs, audits, and handover documentation. You’ll also oversee warehouse operations, material control, traceability, and logistics activities, while promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with New Zealand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
•Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across the project lifecycle, including installation quality inspections and compliance verification.
•Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), conduct root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions.
•Support FATs, SATs, audits, inspections, and project reviews; support customer acceptance and project handover documentation.
•Oversee project warehouse operations and material control, including inventory management, traceability, material movements in the Warehouse Management System, and inbound/outbound logistics flows.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Quality Control or Quality Engineering.
•Experience working within engineering, construction, manufacturing, automation, infrastructure or industrial project environments.
•Demonstrated experience managing NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Experience developing or maintaining quality plans, inspection processes and quality documentation.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence project teams across multiple functions.
