Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design and delivery of new-hire onboarding curriculum for Netflix Animation.
  • •Partner with subject-matter experts to deliver training on fundamental skills, technical tools, and studio pipelines/workflows.
  • •Develop and transform course outlines and learning content, partnering with tech and production departments as needed.
  • •Manage LMS activities: create, upload, and track courses and instructor-led trainings; support LMS course assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and deliver engaging training sessions in-person and online, with instructional design skills and assessment to measure effectiveness.
  • •Have deep, first-hand knowledge of CG production pipelines and feature animation workflows, including 3D tools such as Maya, Mari, Houdini (including Solaris), and Nuke, plus USD.
  • •Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in a global team environment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment while managing ambiguity and adapting to constant change.
