Job Summary

Serve as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the GhostEye V120 program, supporting the Office of the Chief Engineer to ensure requirements and system design compliance. Lead system architecture, algorithms, and interface definition, manage configuration and trade studies, and coordinate requirements analysis, integration, and testing. Provide technical direction across multi-disciplinary teams, maintain systems documentation (specs, design, test plans), and support design reviews, customer presentations, and technical risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the GhostEye V120 program.
•Lead system architecture, algorithms, and interface definition for GE V120 capabilities.
•Perform functional/timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
•Coordinate systems engineering activities across requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing, ensuring adherence to processes throughout the lifecycle.
•Oversee development and maintenance of technical documentation (system specifications, design documents, test plans) and support design reviews, technical meetings, and customer presentations.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
•Minimum 10 years in Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering.
•Experience leading teams and IPTs using tools and metrics, interfacing with senior program and functional management.
•Experience as a Lead Systems Engineer or Chief Engineer on previous programs.
•Experience with MS Windows and MS Office products.
