Support Datadog’s Global Sales team with deal structuring and quoting for complex SaaS transactions. Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Billing, Contracts, Legal, order management, revenue, finance, and product management, acting as the sales deal-pricing subject matter expert. Negotiate deals as needed, resolve customer satisfaction issues after execution, and ensure adherence to internal controls, protocols, and business rules while using revenue recognition principles and strong quantitative analysis.
