Senior Specialist, Order Management

Create, generate, print, record, and mail customer service invoices. Operate and maintain automated billing systems to ensure accurate invoice production, and prepare daily/monthly billing summaries and financial statements. Maintain, monitor, and analyze account records, verify billing accuracy, manage billing account setup under contract terms, adjust billing parameters for contract changes, investigate disputes and escalations, and ensure SOX-compliant procedures and documentation.
