•Apply store and team culture expectations by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing knowledge with consumers; follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible scheduling with nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens, and input information into a computer.
•Ability to move and arrange merchandise on the floor and shelves and perform physical tasks including lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance.
