Key Responsibilities

•Conduct customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including receiving and paying out cash, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
•Balance vault, ATM, night drop, and coin machine as assigned; set up, close, and balance the teller station.
•Assist with scanning bank documents and proof work; record sales of monetary instruments.
•Cross-sell bank products and services and assist customers with inquiries in person or by telephone.
•Float/travel to different branch locations as needed, adhere to schedules and bank policies, and complete required BSA/AML compliance training.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respond to questions in person and by telephone.
•Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using money and other measurements.
•Ability to exercise judgment when applying holds and making check cashing decisions.
•Ability to complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training as assigned.
