Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic, complex health-system implementations end-to-end across multi-service-line, multi-site rollouts, navigating IT, security, and procurement processes.
  • •Build and lead the health-system implementation team by hiring, developing, and coaching APMs while owning the hiring bar, team structure, and career development.
  • •Create implementation standards and a playbook, including scoping methodology, best practices, and tooling for an early, fast-evolving motion.
  • •Own team-wide launch performance for the health-system portfolio, including time-to-launch and agent performance, and proactively remove systemic execution risks.
  • •Serve as executive relationship owner for flagship health-system accounts and translate implementation insights into roadmap priorities and go-to-market positioning while owning portfolio analytics tied to access KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years in consulting, implementation, or delivery, including leading implementations at large health systems or IDNs.
  • •Direct experience implementing SaaS/enterprise software end-to-end through IT, security, and procurement (required).
  • •Hands-on experience implementing software within an Epic environment at scale, including Epic integration across large deployments (required).
  • •Multi-workstream program management ability to coordinate parallel workstreams and cross-team dependencies in enterprise implementations.
