Key Responsibilities

•Generate new business in the Manufacturing and Consumer Goods market, identifying and qualifying opportunities and collaborating with the Microsoft/Accenture ecosystem to expand the client portfolio.
•Develop and manage long‑term client relationships, own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, and drive cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
•Define and execute go‑to‑market plans for industry specifics, focusing on digital transformation, ERP modernization, digital core and business applications.
•Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in ERP transformation and applications modernization with a solid understanding of market trends and industry price points.
•Collaborate closely with delivery, solutioning and marketing teams to build compelling value propositions and coordinate growth strategies; create high‑impact proposals and communicate effectively with executives and key stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 85,500 - 117,500 annually

Key Requirements

•+10 years of experience in IT/consulting, with significant sales/business development or account management roles
•Solid track record selling complex transformation programs (ERP, business applications, modern workplace, data & AI)
•Deep knowledge of Manufacturing / Consumer Goods sectors and industry trends
•Proven ability to manage a sizable client portfolio
•Familiarity with commercial logic, market price lists and IT consulting offerings; excellent negotiation, storytelling and C‑level relationship skills; fluent in English
