Job Summary

Maintain and repair conveyance, automation, and facilities equipment to keep operations running reliably. Serve as a resident expert across mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems—leading preventive maintenance, troubleshooting downtime issues, and performing root cause analysis. Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems, mentor maintenance personnel, audit work quality and vendor SLA performance, and support building projects as assigned.

•Lead and educate compliance with safety, food safety, and security standards.
•Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
•Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment, act as an escalation point for other technicians, and escalate to leadership/vendors as needed.
•Document all work in CMMS and ticketing systems; mentor maintenance personnel and help develop intermediate to advanced skills.
•Lead root cause analysis of major downtime events, audit maintenance and vendor work quality/SLA performance, and write/modify PMs to standardize practices.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience repairing and maintaining conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration equipment, including mechanical and electrical operations.
•Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment, with the ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
•Experience troubleshooting PLC logic systems and working with inputs and outputs.
•Basic computer skills, including documenting work in CMMS and ticketing systems.
•Ability to travel for business purposes (up to 10%) and a high school diploma (mechatronics associates degree preferred).
