Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and signed contract.
  • •Continuously optimize Greenhouse as the single source of truth, including pipelines, scorecards, automations, reporting, and data protection compliance.
  • •Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, bringing market intelligence and structured, high-quality search processes.
  • •Establish and embed Bar Raiser interview structure, coaching hiring managers on interview excellence.
  • •Proactively source highly specialized scientific and technical talent via academic networks, conferences, publications, professional communities, and direct outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in engineering-intensive or scientific environments, ideally in a start-up/scale-up context.
  • •Deep, practical Greenhouse ATS expertise, including pipeline management, scorecard design, reporting, automations, and day-to-day operations.
  • •Proven ability to source niche and passive talent, including candidates with limited or no LinkedIn presence, using academic and conference networks plus outreach.
  • •Established professional network in technical/scientific talent communities (e.g., deep-tech, engineering, laser technology, physics, semiconductor fields).
  • •Strong English proficiency (required) and German professional working proficiency (strong advantage), with clear communication to technical hiring managers and candidates.
