Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage intake and delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests across global stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and execute recurring reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Redesign and optimize reports by converting manual reports into automated solutions, developing standardized templates, and eliminating redundant or low-value reports.
  • •Develop reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to refine reporting requirements.
  • •Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks; document report logic and support self-service reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR systems (shared services experience preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI), with HCM preferred.
  • •Strong querying skills and understanding of data structures.
  • •Experience building automated or scalable reporting solutions.
