Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily operational support for production cybersecurity platforms and services, including incident response, request fulfillment, change execution, and recovery actions.
  • •Triage and manage operational queues and communications across emails, alerts, ServiceNow incidents, Jira items, and ticket/request workflows.
  • •Monitor systems, applications, platforms, and batch jobs for service health indicators including availability, performance, latency, errors, and certificate validity.
  • •Execute approved runbooks, service validation steps, patch validation, disaster recovery runbook procedures, failover procedures, and post-change checks.
  • •Continuously improve monitoring coverage and alert quality, strengthen runbooks/SOPs/recovery procedures, and lead fixes or automation for recurring issues and failed recoveries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •2+ years of enterprise support experience in cybersecurity operations, system administration, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, infrastructure operations, or production support.
  • •Experience with ITSM tools and workflows, including incident, problem, change, request, request queue, escalation, and service validation management.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to assess alerts, gather evidence, identify impact, execute recovery steps, validate completion, and escalate appropriately.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to document technical findings, risks, decisions, actions, outcomes, and follow-ups clearly.
