Design, program, and commission advanced control strategies for AHU/chiller plant optimization systems used in data centers and high-efficiency buildings. Handle BMS testing, site supervision, and project execution with a project engineer, including interpreting plans and contract documents, preparing technical submittals, and supporting system integration. Use PLC knowledge to troubleshoot and modify programs, leveraging Siemens and Schneider platforms and producing engineering diagrams and DDC panel drawings.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, plan, and handle testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision for BMS based on project plans and contract documents.
•Analyze plans/specifications/contract documents to determine project requirements.
•Prepare technical submittals (schematics, descriptions, literature) and maintain design documents during the project.
•Prepare engineering re-estimate reports and minimize variances.
•Perform testing and commissioning of the control system, including PLC-based troubleshooting and modifications as needed.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years related experience in HVAC/BAS industry.
•Strong analytical, logic thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Intermediate level PLC programming knowledge with ability to troubleshoot and modify existing programs.
