Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, plan, and handle testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision for BMS based on project plans and contract documents.
  • •Analyze plans/specifications/contract documents to determine project requirements.
  • •Prepare technical submittals (schematics, descriptions, literature) and maintain design documents during the project.
  • •Prepare engineering re-estimate reports and minimize variances.
  • •Perform testing and commissioning of the control system, including PLC-based troubleshooting and modifications as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years related experience in HVAC/BAS industry.
  • •Strong analytical, logic thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
