Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with partner companies’ hiring teams (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Talent Leads) to understand open roles and tech hiring needs.
  • •Recommend, match, and coordinate interviews for the right talent from Algouniversity’s job-ready engineer pool.
  • •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our candidates—from shortlisting to offer rollouts and joining.
  • •Collect structured feedback from hiring partners and use it to iterate on talent readiness and matchmaking.
  • •Coordinate closely with Algouniversity’s placement and curriculum teams to align hiring outcomes with training quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 600,000 - 1,000,000 annually
