Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure 24/7 effective operation of outsourced building services, including BMS, HVAC, ventilation (UTA), and general maintenance.
  • •Oversee planned and ad hoc maintenance for critical infrastructure: UPS/SAI, electrical panels, and building plumbing to maintain 100% operational continuity.
  • •Establish and lead 24/7 technical emergency response protocols for critical systems, including UPS/SAI, server room cooling, and security systems.
  • •Manage 24/7 security procedures including multi-zone access control and integrated CCTV monitoring in coordination with the security provider.
  • •Guarantee full compliance with property regulatory inspections (OCA, fire safety, legionella, elevator safety) and lead workplace safety and health programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five years’ experience managing corporate offices, high-traffic hospitality environments, or complex facilities.
  • •Proven track record maintaining mission-critical centers and 24/7 operations with zero-downtime priorities.
  • •Hands-on technical competence across general electrical systems, plumbing, and building climate control operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure such as UPS/SAI redundancy, electrical load balancing, and RITE standards.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to independently prioritize urgent technical tasks while coordinating local service providers.
