Serve as the primary security services contact for customers, ensuring successful integration and ongoing support of Akamai solutions. Partner cross-functionally to review integration efficiency and deliver high-quality service while keeping customers engaged. Troubleshoot technical problems, clearly communicate value to technical and business audiences, and help improve service quality through training and internal projects. Contribute to customers’ long-term security strategy using best practices.
