Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure customer success by focusing on best practices and helping develop a long-term security strategy.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service, and ensure customer engagement.
  • •Solve technical problems, demonstrating Akamai’s value, and communicate clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • •Participate in training and internal projects to contribute to best practices and improve service quality.
  • •Act as the primary security services contact for integrating and supporting customers on the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry.
  • •Have basic experience with web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures (e.g. J2EE, HTTP, DNS).
  • •Have working knowledge of security and identity technology, processes and concepts, and security event management/compliance.
  • •Demonstrate basic project management experience to deliver technical projects successfully.
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills and build trusting relationships with customers; be fluent in French and English.
