Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and refine ideal customer profiles across health plans, health systems, and virtual care companies, mapping clinical, financial, and technology stakeholders to build business cases.
  • •Lead consultative, complex sales processes with senior payer/provider/health system/digital care executives, building and managing a qualified pipeline.
  • •Develop and evolve value propositions, pricing structures, and contracting strategies aligned to Oura economics and partner outcomes.
  • •Partner with internal/external teams to move opportunities from concept to pilot to scaled deployment, defining success criteria and measurement/evidence plans.
  • •Establish operating rhythms, translate partner learnings into repeatable offerings and iteration decisions, and represent Oura at healthcare conferences and industry forums.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, virtual care, healthcare services, or a closely related field with substantial enterprise partnership/business development experience.
  • •Extensive experience commercializing disease management, connected care, remote monitoring, or wearable-enabled programs.
  • •Understand how buying decisions are made across health plans, health systems, provider groups, and virtual care companies.
  • •Demonstrated record taking an early pilot through implementation, measurement, renewal, and expansion.
