Key Responsibilities

  • •Own larger portions of installations and handle low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents during the project lifecycle.
  • •Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle.
  • •Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
  • •Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover.
  • •Compile and maintain project administration, including time capture and feedback to stakeholders; conduct elementary customer presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering for networking technologies.
  • •Moderate experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
  • •Moderate experience with networking technologies such as routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
  • •Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting networking issues.
  • •Professional-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP) and/or a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or related field.
