Senior Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist

Serve as a developing subject-matter expert for networking technical services and systems integration. You’ll configure and install solutions, handle low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents, troubleshoot issues during project lifecycle, and escalate complex problems as needed. You will support documentation for standard operating procedures, maintain project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback), and deliver basic presentations to customers while working toward professional networking certifications.
