Key Responsibilities

•Lead legal review and negotiation of B2B partnership agreements, including card networks, cloud infrastructure providers, banking partners, and KYC/AML solutions.
•Advise Cards and Growth business units on regulatory and commercial risks tied to infrastructure and partnership deals.
•Conduct legal due diligence on prospective infrastructure partners’ ability to meet contractual obligations and service capabilities.
•Monitor ongoing obligations, and proactively manage contract renewals, milestones, and compliance deliverables.

•Experience with legal due diligence and advising on risk allocation, warranties, and obligations.
•Familiarity managing post-deal obligations and cross-border legal considerations.
