Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating client and Visa teams to ensure readiness and accelerate time to value.
  • •Own client success plans and outcomes, tracking adoption and performance across the client’s Visa product landscape.
  • •Drive initiatives to improve product adoption using Visa self-service tools and forward-looking success planning.
  • •Serve as escalation point for significant issues and major incident/crisis responses for applicable clients.
