Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety is the top priority and raise near misses on time with 100% closure, collaborating on safety initiatives.
  • •Maintain high hygiene and quality standards by following operational standards and reporting any deviations.
  • •Perform basic lab tasks such as yeast counts and diacetyl testing.
  • •Execute brewing operations across brewhouse, cellar, and bright beer filtration and manage inventory.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement through problem solving and 5S/PDCA activities, and maintain traceability via SAP/Digital Logs/WMS.
