Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Manage cost and quantity surveying activities for data center projects, supporting clients across the construction lifecycle. Advise on procurement and bids, develop and review estimates, and present value engineering and risk assessments. Own cost reporting, forecasting, cost control, payment applications, change orders, and invoicing. Handle post-contract accounting, audits, lesson-learned reviews, and handover procedures, using bid and cost tools.
